About the Author

With a media career spanning 25 years across television, radio, magazines and newspapers, and a previous life as a well respected caterer, Lyndey Milan is now at the top of her game with seven best-selling books, co-directorships of Naked Flame Productions, a television production company with an acquisition and distribution arm and Sydney Studio Kitchen, a state-of-the-art purpose built kitchen studio with post production facilities.
