HERE'S CHEERS: Congratulations are in order for Ben Salmon, manager of the highly regarded Katers Restaurant at Peppers Manor House, who has just secured 'One Glass' for Katers in the recently announced Australian Wine List Of The Year Awards. This honour can be likened to the Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food Guide Chefs Hat Awards, but in the wine list world.
The Australian Wine List of the Year Awards are run by Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine, and judged by 12 of Australia’s finest wine and food writers. With Katers being the only Southern Highlands restaurant to receive any recognition in this year's awards, here's cheers to Ben for his magnificent selection of wine for the tasteful list he has created to truly enhance the dining experience for guests.
The August/September issue of Gourmet Traveller Wine is out now with all the details. Call 02 4860 3111 for bookings. Visit: www.peppers.com.au/manor-house
