People inherently care for humanity, fellow creatures and our natural environment. We all want to stop real pollution. Yet efforts to care for Earth seem bogged in confusion from wildly contradictory and alarmist projections of ‘climate crisis’.

 

Supposed experts openly disagree. Yet we’re told there’s universal agreement humans are causing ‘the end of life as we know it’. Turmoil from feelings of confusion, fear, guilt, anger and hopelessness triggers ‘climate alarm’.

 

Throughout history actions driven by fear have often done more damage than the supposed problem. Buried in panic and misinformation, core problems can grow overwhelming as attention, time and resources are wastefully diverted from real humanitarian and environmental challenges.

 

Confused politicians and sensationalist media currently endanger environmental credibility. When we’re willing to re-evaluate what we’ve been told we replace control, fear and guilt with reality, hope and freedom.

Facts on Carbon Dioxide, CO2—Nature’s trace gas essential for all life on Earth

 

CO2 is Nature’s colourless, odourless, tasteless gas essential for all life on Earth. As an aerial plant fertiliser higher concentrations are beneficial for plants. It’s not toxic.

 

CO2 comprises less than 0.04% of air. That’s less than 4 x 1/100^th’s of one percent. It’s scientifically classified as a trace gas because there’s only a trace of it.

 

Of Earth’s annual production of CO2 humans produce just 3%, Nature 32 times more, 97%.

 

Of the 3% produced by human activity, Aussie industry, transport and farms produce just 1.3%.

 

The variation alone in Nature’s CO2 production is estimated to be four times the total human production. Human production of CO2 is not affecting Nature’s balance. It cannot.

 

CO2 stays in the air only 5-7 years, possibly less than 12 months, before Nature cycles it into plants, animals and the ocean.

 

Oceans contain, in dissolved form, 50 times the CO2 in Earth’s entire atmosphere. CO2 is released from and absorbed into oceans depending on temperature.

 

Thus, Nature overwhelmingly produces most of Earth’s CO2 and ocean temperature determines its concentration in air.

 

Measurements of CO2 used by the UN’s climate body reveal that CO2 levels are a consequence of temperature, not a cause. Yet the government says the opposite.

 

Each molecule of CO2 is produced by combining one atom of carbon with two atoms of oxygen.

 

Knowingly or recklessly stating or implying a falsity is a lie. Calling carbon dioxide carbon pollution is a lie. Saying CO2 levels drive temperature is the biggest lie.

 

Claiming Aussies affect the air’s CO2 level is lying. Carbon dioxide taxing and trading (rationing) schemes are based on lies.

 

When politicians lie, the lie becomes the issue.
