- A special three-course meal will be prepared by Bella Char’s new Executive Chef Jacinda Yates, with matching wines from award-winning Coolangatta Estate.
- At $85 per person, the dinner will be held from 7 pm to 10 pm and features an exquisite menu of House Smoked Chicken, Grilled Lamb Rump and Saffron Pannacotta.
- Born and bred in the South Coast, Executive Chef Jacinda Yates has been with Bella Char restaurant (image below) for two and a half years. She recently moved up from being Sous Chef to Executive Chef and her cooking style features classic flavour combinations with a contemporary touch.
- Coolangatta Estate is the largest wine producer in the Shoalhaven and the most awarded winery on the South Coast of NSW. It has a 20-year partnership with Tyrrell’s Winery in the Hunter Valley and is the Shoalhaven’s only 5-star winery.
